Course description

In a multi-cultural, diverse world, inclusion has become an essential, proven element of prosperity. It creates organizational wealth and career success.

This course explores the basics of inclusion, then provides an overview of three primary diversities: generations, gender and diversities.

We are only qualified for this globalized, multi-cultural century when we are ready to embrace a world of difference, with a positive approach.

The program is the first and most general part of CPS's training in inclusion. Other programs include race and ethnicity, sexual differentness, culture and other key differences that divide us through misunderstandings, yet bind us all in a unity of transformational prosperity.

We wish you well as you seek to become uncomfortable with old status quos, and to build a new world that benefits from our many differences, networks, worldviews and knowledge repositories, to create inclusion and prosperity.
